We include the basics for the bar setup-plastic cups, napkins, straws and more. If you’d like extras like glassware, ice bins, or garnish trays, just let us know when booking.

We’re based in Boston and serve surrounding areas (30 miles) — just reach out to check if we can roll your way!

Yes, more than 30 miles from Boston, we charge $1 per extra mile.

The trailer size is  72"W x 145"L x 76"H. 6'W x 12'L x 6.4'H

We need about a 14'x12' area with flat, level ground to park and serve. Trailer height is 6.4ft (a couple of extra inches would be perfect)

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 60 days before your event date. If you cancel within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but we’re happy to apply it toward a future booking within one year (subject to availability).

Yes, a 50% deposit when you book. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your event.

Definitely! Add flowers, signage, or your own theme touches — just nothing that could damage the finish.

We can serve under a tent or covered space. If the weather gets really rough, we’ll work with you to reschedule or find a safe solution.
